You know how country folk usually go into town to find a restaurant... Well I am the TOTAL OPPOSITE!! I drive 45 mins OUT OF TOWN to get Barry's poutine!! It is in the GORGEOUS little country town of Bedford. There's a patio you can sit on during the nice weather, or RIGHT in back of Barry's there is a creek that flows from Pike River that is beautiful to soak in, while eating your delicious food..

Had a large poutine and a Michigan dog. Good service even to an American like me. Comfortable dining room, food was fresh and poutine was so plentiful I nearly burst. Recommended.

Good place to have no fuss food n fried chicken, ice cream, delicious milkshake. Can be busy but the staff are helpful n kind. Place to sit n eat. Parking is onsite and free. Good value for money.

Very fast food, portion are smaller than usual but taste compensate for smaller portion. Not environmental friendly restaurant as all utensil are disposal plastics items.

Very disappointing! The chicken was very dry and looked like it had been cooked the night before. The fries were all dry and the sauce tasteless. For the smoke meat it's in a bag and again overcooked. I do not recommend it.

Great burgers and poutine

Went to Barry's for my first time on my way down to the States and I must say this, they have some truly delicious food for the prize! The staff was very friendly and well capable of answering any of my questions. The environment was quaint but it carried that old school vibe that I love seeing in mom and pop restaurants. The Poutine was phenomenal and so was the smoked meat sandwich. I managed to save a little bit of my Poutine for the ride home and devoured it in Vermont!I definitely recommend going to Barry's!
